Nora Lampman, Tasting Room Host
Nora moved to the Finger Lakes in 2013 from the Syracuse area, but her ties to this beautiful region date back to 2004. She joked about moving 'south' when she retired to be with family. It was an easy decision. Who wouldn't want live where spectacular views, hiking trails and vineyards are in your own backyard?
Being a server at Atwater Vineyards is the perfect part-time job for Nora. She has been enjoying Atwater wines for over 11 years, so she was pleased to be given the wonderful chance to share this appreciation. Each day presents the opportunity for Nora to hone her expertise of wine so she can then impart this knowledge to our valued visitors.
Nora likes to participate in outdoor activities with her husband and grandchildren, especially caring for their horses. She is currently working on a list of places and adventures for herself and family to explore so they can take advantage of the many attractions the Finger Lakes region has to offer.
